Even so, Brazil remain the favorites thanks to their superior squad quality, greater depth, and vast experience on football's biggest stage. If Carlo Ancelotti's men perform to their potential and capitalize on key moments, they should have a strong chance of reaching the quarterfinals, although they are expected to face a demanding contest.
